If you no longer wish to use Cydia, this article will show you how to uninstall it from your device. METHOD 1 OF 2: DELETE APPS/TWEAKS DOWNLOADED FROM CYDIA

LAUNCH YOUR CYDIA APP AND SELECT "MANAGE" IN THE BOTTOM NAVIGATION BAR.

SELECT "PACKAGES." Scroll through the list and tap one you want to remove.

SELECT "MODIFY" IN THE UPPER RIGHT-HAND CORNER. Tap "Remove." Confirm your choice.

REPEAT FOR ALL OF THE APPS YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED FROM CYDIA. If you do not delete them before you uninstall Cydia, you may never be able to delete them.
