FIRST GO TO THE BONUS ROOM. It's not a room you need to unlock. It's the room with the trailers and the bonus levels.

GO TO DOOR 4. If you didn't build it yet, you will have to build it.

AFTER YOU BUILD IT GO IN THE DOOR. You need to start the level. You will be playing as Darth Vader.

AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE LEVEL YOU WILL UNLOCK DARTH VADER. You don't have to buy it.
