3 Ways to Connect Your iPhone to Your TV - wikiHow

Wouldn't it be great to be able to show people video from your iPhone on your TV? Luckily, there are multiple ways to connect your iPhone to a larger screen to increase viewing comfort. Any of them will work, just choose which one you like! <br/>STEPS <br/>METHOD 1 OF 3: USING AN HDMI CABLE <br/><div class="step_num">1</div> PURCHASE AN HDMI CABLE AND AN APPLE DIGITAL AV ADAPTER. These can be found online or at an electronics store. <br/><div class="step_num">2</div> CONNECT THE CABLE AND THE ADAPTOR. Then, plug the adaptor into your iPhone. <br/><div class="step_num">3</div> PLUG THE HDMI CABLE INTO YOUR TV. Locate the HDMI port (usually on the side or back of your TV) and plug in your cable. <br/><div class="step_num">4</div> SWITCH YOUR TV TO THE CORRECT INPUT. You'll have to change the input of your TV to display the contents of the iPhone. Once you have done this, videos and photos on supported applications will show up on your TV! <br/>METHOD 2 OF 3: USING AN ANALOG CONNECTION <br/><div class="step_num">1</div> PURCHASE AN APPLE COMPOSITE AV CABLE.
