HIT THE BLUE BUTTON IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER TO PURCHASE THE APP. Open the app with the "open" button.

CLICK ON THE "COM" BUTTON TO ACCESS THE INTERNET IN AN AUTHENTIC STAR TREK WAY.
TIPS
Obviously many of the buttons are just for show and don't actually do things like scan for space ships. But it does do many similar things as a real tricorder like access wiki pages that look just like Starfleet files.
WARNINGS
It's worth watching the video in the app screen first to make sure you'll like the app before purchasing.
